±8degrees Cold Brew Coffee
Preparation:
Drip Bag Coffee x2 (needs to be the same coffee)
Room temp. Water 200g(ml)
(**you will be brewing the 2 drip bags separately before you chill the coffee)
A deep mug/glass (or other drinkware)
A clean vessel (for putting drip bags)
Start Brewing:
- Set up 1 drip bag on the deep mug/glass for brewing. (the setting up is the same as the standard brewing method)
- Pour 20g of water evenly onto ground coffee.
- When water is drained, pour another 20g of water in.
- Wait until you can see the coffee ground and pour 60g of water into the mug/glass (not pouring onto the ground coffee, but directly into the mug/glass).
- Take out the drip bag and put it in a clean vessel.
- Repeat Step 1-4 (to brew the second drip bag).
- Clip both drip bags on the mug/glass. (**clip them on the two sides of your mug/glass)
- Wrap the mug/glass with clip wrap.
- Refrigerate it for 24hours
**Make sure the ground coffee is dipped into the liquid and they are not coming out from the top of the drip bag
**If you like a stronger cold brew coffee, you could reduce the water by 20ml (per drip bag), or vice versa for a lighter version.
Ways to enjoy your cold brew coffee:
- Drink it alone
- With ice
